Property Line is a listing resource that caters exclusively to commercial real estate professionals. Property Line also offers proven marketing tools that "push" inventory to a national database to help close deals and move inventory.

What are eMarket Digital Brochures? Read More

eMarket digital brochures are "digital blasts" to the database of PL members. Enter a listing in the Property Line's database, and use that listing information to create an email flyer. Choose to send to Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs), states or on a national level.

Once your eMarket is sent, Property Line commercial brokers and investors will contact you directly for more information on your offerings. Network one-on-one to a national platform or concentrate your marketing to your local area with the click of a button.

How do I reset my username and/or password? Read More

PL offers two ways to reset your password:

  • Call to speak with a Member Service Consultant who can personally change your username and password.
  • Change your username and/or password directly from the Property Line homepage. Simply follow these instructions:
    1. While logged out, click the Log In button
    2. Click the Reset Password button
    3. Type your email address into the Email field, and the new password you wish to set in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
    4. Click the Send button
    5. Check the email address you typed into the email field in step 3, and click the link provided to confirm your new password
    6. From now on, you can use your new password to log in

  • Call to speak with a Member Service Consultant who can personally update your account information.
  • You can also change your account information by following these instructions:
    1. Log into your account.
    2. Click on My Account.
    3. Select Agent Profile.
    4. Enter new account information and save.

Please note: It may take up to 24 business hours for your information to be updated throughout the system.

  • Call to speak with a Billing Coordinator who can personally update your company information.
  • You can also change your company information by following these instructions:
    1. Log into your account.
    2. Click on My Account.
    3. Select Company Info.
    4. Enter new company information and save.

Please note: It may take up to 24 business hours for your information to be updated throughout the system.

How do I set my eMarket preferences? Read More

PL offers two ways to change your eMarket preferences:

  1. Call to speak with a Member Service Consultant who can personally update your eMarket information.
  2. You can also change your preferences by following these instructions:
    1. Log into your account.
    2. Click on My Account.
    3. Select eMarket Settings.
    4. Select your areas of interest and save.

Please note: It may take up to 48 business hours for the information to be updated throughout the system.
