What is Property Line?

Property Line is a listing resource that caters exclusively to commercial real estate professionals. Property Line also offers proven marketing tools that "push" inventory to a national database to help close deals and move inventory.

What does it cost to sign up?

Outside of Nevada, sign-up, listing, and searching are free. Because Property Line is located in Las Vegas and is able to offer more personalized services such as classes, individual coaching, flyer packs, hands-on assistance with listings and marketing, the cost is $40.00 monthly. Local COMPS books are also available within Nevada for an additional charge of $15.00 per month.

What products are offered for free?

There are no "Premier Account" levels or wait times for free listings to be uploaded. There are no annoying pop-ups on Property Line urging you to purchase upgraded accounts.

Property Line offers free unlimited listing and free unlimited searching. Email alerts and unlimited listing attachments are free. Bulk listing imports are also free.

Property Line also offers unparalleled customer service. There are no automated voice menus. A Customer Care Representative will personally assist you with any questions you may have. Or use the Live Chat feature to talk to a representative instead of calling.

There is no charge for personal assistance or technical support.

What are eMarket Digital Brochures?

eMarket digital brochures are Property Line's premier marketing tool. Enter a listing in the Property Line database, then simply choose a template or submit a custom flyer to send to a State, MSA or National database of Property Line members.

Other agents, brokers and investors will contact you directly for more information on your offerings. Network one-on-one to a national platform with the click of a button.
